Tainted Hydro Phantasms are an elite enemy group of Elemental Lifeforms. They can be found in both Fontaine and Liyue. In combat, Tainted Hydro Phantasms will periodically enter an enraged state where they grow in size and utilize stronger attacks. They are permanently imbued with Hydro and are immune to Hydro DMG, and cannot be Frozen while enraged.
